The recommended number of massages is depending on the nature of the discomforts:
easy - monthly à 2 hours.
medium - twice monthly à 2 hours.
strong - within 3 days twice à 1 hour, then every 2 weeks a massage à 2 h.
If you care about the recommended use, you will after a short time, even sometimes immediately, feel an improvement in your symptoms under certain circumstances.
